Navigating the Supermarket

Healthier Food for Busy People is a convenient book that narrows down the bakoodles of food information into 20 simple rules that help you navigate the supermarket. The author knows that eating healthier starts with what we put in the shopping cart. She gives advice about food dyes, food labels, imitation flavorings and preservatives. My favorite rule is “Don’t swallow anything that’s the same color blue as your toilet bowl cleaner.”
